These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://maia-legal.com ("the Site") and any services provided through it, operated by MAIA MANAGEMENT GROUP S.A.S. (NIT 901.862.977-7), a company incorporated under the laws of Colombia, with registered address at Edificio 4-24, Piso 10, Torre Empresarial, Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia ("we", "us", "the Firm").
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
2. Services Description
The Firm provides bilingual legal, accounting, immigration, and business advisory services to expatriates, digital nomads, and foreign investors operating in Colombia. Specific services include but are not limited to:
- Visa and immigration processing (Type V, M, and R visas)
- S.A.S. corporate incorporation and ongoing governance
- Colombian tax compliance (DIAN) and expat tax services
- Bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting under NIIF/IFRS
- Market entry advisory and business viability assessments
Engagement for specific services is subject to a separate written engagement letter or service agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide legal services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAIA MANAGEMENT GROUP S.A.S. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed COP $500,000 (five hundred thousand Colombian pesos).
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our licensed professional services, which is governed by the applicable professional service agreement and the standards of the Colombian Bar Association and Colombian accounting standards body.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
